What is my statement date and when do I need to pay?
Your statement will be generated on the 12th of every month. Pay by the due date mentioned on the statement to avoid any charges. |

How do I repay my card outstanding?
You can make the payment through the CBD App if you have a CBD Account, through bank transfer, Al Fardan Exchange or any other exchange houses, cash deposit machines across CBD branches, cheque or through a direct debit. |

When will I get the monthly cashback?
Cashback for your previous month spends will be awarded by 15th of the following month. |

How can I avail Quick Cash, Balance Transfer facility &/or Supplementary Cards on my card?
Simply login to your CBD Mobile app and avail these in a few taps. |

Is there a minimum spend required to start earning cashback?
CBD One Starter plan is a free plan and has no cashback. However, you can sign up for other CBD One plans which are free for first month and can earn up to AED 500 cashback per month subject to a minimum spend. |

Do I earn cashback on all types of spends?

Do I earn cashback on calendar month transactions?
Cashback is awarded on posted transactions in a calendar month. Moreover, cashback will be awarded on spends done on eligible brands subject to achieving a minimum monthly spend criteria. |

- 0% Balance Transfer offer can be availed within 30 days of card issuance.
- Calendar month retail spends of AED 5,000 is required to avail movie tickets and valet parking benefits.
- *If you send multiple SMS during the same month, we’ll consider the last SMS received. You can send us the SMS anytime until the last day of the month to change or sign up to a plan and it will be applied the following month. The SMS needs to be sent from a registered mobile number with the Bank else request cannot be processed.
- **Monthly cost on paid plans such as One, One Plus & One VIP is waived for the first and second month of card issuance and will be applicable from third month onwards.
- Complimentary access to airport lounges worldwide is limited to 8 visits per calendar year. First visit is complimentary and to avail the remaining 7 visits as complimentary, at least one transaction of a minimum value of USD 1.00 is required to be performed on each individual card (primary & supplementary).
