What is my statement date and when do I need to pay?
Your statement will be generated on the 12th of every month. Pay by the due date mentioned on the statement to avoid any charges. |

How do I repay my card outstanding?
You can make the payment through Bank transfer, Exchange houses, Cash deposit machines across CBD branches, Cheque or through a Direct Debit. |

When will I get the monthly yes rewards?
Yes Rewards for your previous month spends will be awarded by 15th of the following month. |

Terms and conditions apply:
- **20,000 Yes Rewards will be rewarded subject to making a single transaction within 90 days of card issuance
- **Annual fee of AED 199 will be charged from second year onwards and shall be automatically waived if the annual retail spends of AED 12,000 are achieved in the previous year.
- Yes Rewards will not be rewarded on spends at specific merchant categories which are categorized as ‘preferential’. Know more
- Yes Rewards on spends at ENOC and EPCO will be rewarded basis the spend tier as mentioned in the table above
- Cinema discounts and complimentary valet parking service is available subject to calendar monthly retail spends of AED 5,000.
- ***4 Complimentary rounds of golf in a calendar month benefit will be offered only on achieving the monthly spends of AED 7500
- Complimentary access to airport lounges worldwide is limited to 8 visits per calendar year. First visit in the calendar year is complimentary and to avail the remaining 7 visits as complimentary, a non-AED transaction of minimum value of USD 1.00 to be made on both Primary and Supplementary cards separately.
