If the promo code is not entered by the customer during any of their first 3 orders made on the CAFU App, then the discount benefit under the Offer will not be provided/given to the customer.
- *If customers have made more than 3 orders on the CAFU App for any of the services, prior to the promotion period, then those customers shall not be eligible to redeem this offer on the CAFU App.
- **A total spend of AED 500 must be done on the CAFU app during the offer period using CBD Smiles Credit Card to be eligible for the complimentary car wash voucher. Spends undertaken on ‘Deals’ to purchase Wallet top-up will not be considered as Eligible Spends of the complimentary car wash offer.
- Only one complimentary car wash voucher will be provided per customer during the campaign period.
- Eligible customers will receive a promo code to avail a complimentary car wash, through e-mail or SMS as per the details registered with CAFU and will be sent to eligible customers directly by CAFU.
- The voucher for the car wash will be valid for 30 days (applicable for exterior car wash only, upon receipt of the same).
